It is really morally wrong (if not downright STUPID) for CUEPACS to ask for such thing.
Please, open your eyes. People all around the country are losing their jobs from the economy downturn. Civil servant now try to ask for 2-month bonus?
This is on the same level of stupidity as the Wall Street fella saying : we expect this year bonus to be better than last year!

Yes its totally stupid. We should be grateful if we have job right now. Don’t expect any bonus this year, just do your best to keep your job right now. I believe next year will be better.
