After my modem being Kaboom-ed, the next day my phone line gone dead.
Dead-er than a dead fish.
I called up TM. After 3 hours, they called me, saying that it has been fixed.
The next day, the line gone dead again!
That was on a Friday.
One TM fella arrived for inspection. He ‘certify’ that the lighting Kaboom the whole telephone connection for my shop.
Fuwahhhh. So keng meh?

He said: Encik, kena tunggu Isnin. Saya akan imform orang wiring.
Pengsan kao kao.
I have to remain Internet-less for next 3 days?
*Imagine myself shivering and having runny nose*
This morning, 2 wiremen came at 9.58am.
They just inspect the ’switchboard’ quietly, and within 5 minutes came to the conclusion that … it was just due to a broken wire!
They replaced it and hullla … everything back to normal.
Thanks you guys for saving my days.

How many fellas they need?
Why didnt TM employ those 3 in 1 fella that can do all the thing, so that they can resolve customer problem faster, no need to pass one by one…

lucky u….i remembered last time my modem ka-boom-ed, i was internet-less for 9days
mine was nearly one month when my modem says bye bye to me…
if no line then u go to wifi kopitiam and msn la… ask yr nurse to send patient over to kopitiam for consultation!Q heheheh
but the line nowadays memang terrible.

Mine siao siao one. no connection for almost a week cos public holiday, weekend, telekom staff tak mai check. when they came to check, they said it is my modem problem.
i’d gotten a new modem, still problem, now some days can, some days cannot. believe it or not, i got 3 modems at home now…. oni 1 pc. gerrrrrr!!!!! going call themm again tmr!
