Quite a few of you have already written about Facebook.
Guess this is my turn to write about it.
These few days, I was busy with Warbook, one of the application there.
What is it about?
Rather simple in theory:
You buy some soldiers, build enough mines to earn money, enough forts for defense, and you are on your way to become a superpower.
Of course, in reality, it is much tougher than that.
To expand, you have to attack others to ‘grab land’.
Now imagine you have thousands and thousands of players trying to do just that.
Potentially, you will be hit multiple times per day. Your ‘hard earn money’ will just crash and burn in those attacks on you, before you can even think of buying any soldiers.
Luckily, Bernard and Jonzz provided a lot of help to me. Thanks.
(I would have been shrunk to an anchovy if not for them).
I’ve resisted invites to install Warbook, Vampires, Werewolves etc etc because I know how addicted I can become to these things. (fluff)Friends will do for now!

I haven’t really explore what Facebook is about, I thought it’s just another community website like friendster. I just know the website design is good, and it’s using the new technology to develop the website. I need to spend some time to check it out, and see what I can learn from there. haha~~ ^_^

I’m not going into WarBook although I have many invites. I have so many applications and always kena whacked by all you lil monkeys. I’ll keep to Scrabulous, even though I get whacked too. %£&@*^
