We start our journey 6.10 am (yes, I always like to start early)
With this kinda hour, it promised no traffic jam whatsoever. We reached Bidor just in time for our breakfast.
For those of you who are ignorant, Bidor ( and Tapah and Kampar) form a big part of the famous “Ipoh Good Food”. I even dare venture that if you have not been to Kampar or Bidor to taste the food, you have not really finish eating ‘Ipoh Food’.
(Towns between Ipoh-KL : Ipoh-Gopeng-Kampar-Tapah-Bidor-Sungkai-Tanjung Malim-Lembah Beringin-Rawang-Sg Buloh-KL)
There are two favourite places for food in Bidor: The market (obviously) and (the more famous) ?? restaurant
I always eat in the market, as I like the ??? (chee cheong fun). It is unlike anything you can find elsewhere (except perhaps Teluk Intan). The noodle has some vege wrap nicely within it. You have to taste it to know the texture. Something not to be missed if you like good food.

The restaurant? Obviously famous for its herbal duck thigh noodle. I guess almost everyone who stop in this town has tried it (probably more than once).

Yes. I would agree that generally Bidor’s food is much better than food in … say … KL
