RAM oh ram (pt3)

It started here and then gotten worst here.

I don’t like to quarrel with the salesperson. I don’t like raising my voice. Probably it lead to the impression that I am a prime target to be bullied.

They have forgotten that: I am not someone who give up easily. The chinese saying goes: The silent dog will kill you.

It is time to turn the table around.

I look for the tribunal services in Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri & Hal Elwal Pengguna. I ended up here: e-aduan.kpdnhep.gov.my

eaduan kementerian perdagangan consumer tribunal malaysia

Happily I filed my case. I have written how I was victimized, detail by detail. At the conclusion, I mentioned that since the price of RAM has dropped so much, by the time the investigation finish, it won’t even worth 20% of its original price. Thus I refused to accept the replacement part, instead I demand a full cash return.

Before I click submit, I copied and pasted it onto my email, cc it to the manager of the branch. (hinting that we still can settle it amicably, before the shop got investigated)

Can jalan or not? I once filed complaints to two Ministries in Malaysia but they didn’t even bother to acknowledge my emails and slow mail. Both cases on corruption. I was exorted RM50 at 2nd Causeway by an immigration officer and RM300 at Malacca by a Traffic Police.

bengbeng, watch out for RAM oh ram (finale)

The aim of me writing this, is actually sending a message to everyone : We should not be bullied tak pasal-pasal.
The service in this country will never upgrade itself, if we just act like a lamb.
