School Bully (pt2)

This is a follow-up to the bullying two weeks ago.

After discovering the incident on Friday, I went to the school Monday morning, to speak to the teacher. Apparently, the teacher did not know about it. She was rather apologetic and promised to look into it.

When my son came home from school, mum ask him whether he got the watch.

Son: “He refused to give me.”

My wife was furious.

Next morning, my son requested to have my wife speak to the teacher. Wow. Looked like my son need someone to rally behind him.

What are parents for? Of course we obliged. Wife arrived in school and had a chat with the teacher. Turn out that the boy had left the watch at home, and promised to bring it (Tuesday).

When son came back, we are so relieved that he was proudly wearing his watch.

Wife: “Did your teacher scold him?”

Son, nod nod :” He cried wor”.

Luckily, all ended well.

Lastly, thank you for all the kind words from you all. It means a lot to me. Really appreciate it. Thanks again.

My son’s things are always missing when he comes home from school too. I decided to put identification marks on the items and when my son looked around he found that the boy next to him took it. Apparently that’s why he always have the same things as my son and my son’s things always go missing. I thought of going to see the teacher but she always seems so overworked. I didnt want any backlash either from the boy’s parents.

I just let it slide but I always give my son less than fancy things to use in school and the better stuff at home now :) Aiya don’t wanna look for trouble
