Training Centre?

I got a call from my maid agent.

“Mr. I have a maid here, who just arrive from Indonesia. Her employer will not be around for the next 10 days.”

I am puzzled. “So?”

maid training centre

She continue:”Now she just sit around with nothing to do. I would like to send her to your house.”

I was even more puzzle. “Huh?”

“You get a free maid for 10 days. You don’t need to pay me anything. In exchange, you will be responsible to train her. Get her to do some house work. Get her up to speed.”

Now I get what she mean. Hmm… something to ponder on.

Indirectly, the maid agency is using you as the trainer for this maid…bad deal lah, don’t take her.if you do, you and wife will be more stressed up, I am sure

Since the call was from your maid’s agent, I suppose you have one at home. Looks like your agent is trying to get free board and lodging for this maid. There is the risk that the maid may influence your maid negatively and it is not a good idea to take up this offer. Even the owner of the maid may not be happy if he were to come to know of this as he had left the maid in good faith with the agent. Hope you rejected the offer.

Wow. What an honour. Eastcoastlife is here.

    Yup. I took her in.
Sadly, by 7th days, her employer suddenly requested to have her back.
There ended our ‘care free life’
