I remember there’s ‘rebate’ section in the telephone bill, and now they changed the section to “penjimatan”?
I didn’t know how Telekom calculates the rebate amount.
SEWA = RM49?? Is it for corporate? Corporate use is always more expensive than home use? Is there any special features compared to home telephone?
Sometimes, it’s really not worth to pay the rental, as it’s much more expensive than your actual calls.
But too bad, sometimes we do need a telephone, but not really for calling purpose. hehe~~
Telephone bill, hate it! Since I am here in Ca for the past months, hubby and I have been calling up the customer service of our telephone service provider every month without fail to do ‘adjustment’ on our billing. I asked for itemised listing of our phone call and literally had to tabulates the mins of call we made..and every month they bill us for mins that we didnt have to pay for! Wonder how much ‘extra’ they have ripped from other customers who just obediently pay the bills every month without checking their calls!
Winnie, I had always thought that we can get away from all these nitty problems by staying in first world country. Guess it is a rather wrong perception, huh?
The countries which call themselves “First World” doesnt measure up to their title anyway. The other day, hubby and I wanted to see a doctor in a clinic, we waited for more than 1 hour and still didnt get to see the doctor, we left. For me, back in Sg, unless I had a high fever or ‘die die’ must see doc, I wont go. Usual waiting time back home is like 20-30 mins max. on busy day. If I do have a high fever that day and sitting in that waiting area for an hour and still not get to see doc, I think I’ll really ‘die’! Am I too demanding??
I think it refer to rebate or discount given for the month.
There’s a kind of rebate actually. As long as it’s not additional charge, I think it’s still ok.:P
