A rapist was sentenced to jail today.
He was charged with three counts of rape, two counts of sodomy and one count of forcing one of his victims to perform oral sex.
The fact that troubled me was that one of the heinous act was done while he was out on bail.
Maybe we should consider amending the penal code, forfeiting his right (for the accused in such cases) for bail?
Oh dear. That’s bad. Raping is a heinous act and to be condemned. I felt Malaysian law is not tough enough to deal with this group of sickos. Must bash them with thick rottan and long jail term.
