5 things you don’t know - ‘meme’
I have been so unfortunate to be tagged by a meme from bernard. Frankly, I really dislike ‘meme’.
But since I had to do it (give face a bit to Bernard lor), I might as well do it properly. Contrary to popular practise, I will break it into a few blogs.
1) Almost everyone thought that I only started ’staying in a hospital’ after I started my medical career. That is not quite true.
Turn back the clock. When I was 8 years old, I had a fall and broke my leg (naughty lor, what else). Medically speaking, fractured my femur.
I stayed in Ipoh hospital for one and half months. Or rather, 2 weeks plus four weeks.
Huh?
Well, when I moved in, I was actually in the old hospital building. The new Ipoh General Hospital had been completed, and everyone was getting ready to move to the new building. I moved over to the new building after two weeks. I can claim proudly as one of the first patient to stay there, heh? Duh.
Thinking back, the one who suffered actually was my mum. She had to be there everyday. Poor mum.

Uahhh!! What an honour
… so many firsts here.. first time in hospital, first person in the new hospital, and first time responding to a meme…. haha…
Looking forward to the next instalment.
Luckily until now i never stay at the hospital more than a hour…
I think I only stayed in hospital for few days when I was a new born babe
It’s really a good memory, to transfer from old building to the new one. hehe~~
Yeah, I guess your mum was the one who’s suffering, not only to take care of you, but also the worries, must be killin her.
