I went to Midvalley Megamall last night.
Realllly crowded, as expected. Spent a long time looking for a parking space. (Well, some of you might say … you ask for it)
Anyway, I went to Carrefour to get some groceries, after spending some time in Jusco (toys section).
There was this crowd near the children playground. Out of curiosity, my wife went to have a look.
Wow. Apparently Carrefour was having their stock clearance for all the Christmas decoration items.
A 150cm Christmas tree was selling at RM5!
Christmas garlands was only at RM1 each, while the Christmas Decoration Ball (is that the proper name?) was at Rm0.45 each. Beat that!
The crowd was literally cleaning up those stock. We can see those people literally carting those boxes away. Some even start picking the display sets apart. They have no qualm about climbing up to tear those garlands from the displayed Christmas Tree.
I guess everyone is ready with their Christmas Decoration?
in the west, most store will clear their stock on Boxing Day (26/12). So if you can stock up deco items for christmas next year.
