(one of the reason) You see, there are some players, who don\’t want to spend days building up their status / house.
They want to jump in and get to live with a luxury virtual house.
So they will just pay real money to get those \’ready-made\’ virtual houses.

Means you get to live a life as “not possible” in real life.
So obviously you want to reach for the sky.
Secondly, the number of new player grows far faster than the availability of land slot.
Everyone has to fight for land.
It drives up the land price crazily. (maybe that is done intentionally by the company)
