Bloggers Against Banning Books

After reading the blog, I found the reason to ban a book in Malaysia is simply outrageous.

banned books

I have never realised that there are so many books being banned.

I guess the problem is because those stupid fella think they are doing us a favour by allowing the books to come in.

Maybe we should turn it around. For every book they intend to ban, they would have to fill up a four-pages form. I don’t think that is asking too much as I am sure the writer had spend a long time creating a book.

Probably with so much hassle, they just will stop banning book for the fun of it.

just had a quick browse on the ban book list
cant believe Tom Ang’s book is in there.
Tom Ang is a famous photographer

well, the book is about nude photography, but they can’t just ban it because it is nude.

also, most of the book ban has “islam” on the title, regardless the content…

    come on…

It’s the “restricted” list that’s puzzling.
