After looking at the few Sony Ericsson handphone models, we decided that W600i will be a good buy. Contacted our ’source’ and proceed to wait for two days. To our disappointment, this model is not available in Malaysia. Duh!
After looking at other models, finally decided on Nokia 6111. Apparently, they produce a pink colour version of this phone.
Little did we know that apparently this pink model is anything but easy to be found. Just tell any handphone retail store : “the pink 6111″, and the answer will be no stock.
If you are lucky enough to find a store which does carry this pink lady, you will find that it carries a different price tag than the normal 6111. Wow. Has this become sort of a limited edition?
This is how business done in Malaysia. There are even different prices for different prepaid phone numbers!
