I have been calling multiple pest control companies for the past few months, looking for those with Sentricon termite bait system.
The problem is, all the companies with Sentricon system given me was a quotation which bombed me off the earth.
Yesterday, during lunch, I have voiced my frustration to a female friend. To my surprise, this friend said she knows someone who had lubang for sentricon termite bait system.
This guy turned up yesterday after a phone call. He quote me a price which is barely 35% of the usual price. Wow.
Due to the low price, my landlord even agree to share the cost with me!
This really make my day. Yeah!
Sometimes we just need to voice out our problem to our friends or family and they’ll sometimes have solutions for you.:)

Whether the landlord or the tenant bear the cost, will depends on your relationship. Some landlords are nice in shouldering the whole cost, while some plainly refuse to even come out with a single cent.
I guess we should refer back to the lease contract. By right, it will be the landlord responsibility to ensure the premise in liveable safe conditions. Refer to the Building and Safety Act?? :0
Yes. Hoiling. The landlord does ask some guys to spray around the building. It does fend off the termite, for a while. Then the termite will attack different area of the building. If you spray in all the rooms, the termite will attack ABOVE your ceiling. It is actually doing more damage.
I wonder where the termites come from. Hrmm …
