Generation Gap?

Since the advent of computer, we have seen a flood of new words being introduced regularly.
One good example is : mouse potato
which has just made itself into the dictionary.
I got reminded of these new words daily, as my son tends to use these new words instead of the ‘ordinary’ words which we are so used [...]

Mozilla Thunderbird

Only after I wipe clean my drive C, then I realised I haven’t do anything to backup my email!
Sigh. What is done is done.
I downloaded a new copy of Thunderbird and proceed to install it.

Spring Cleaning

I think my PC was hit by some malware.
I have decided to do some spring cleaning.
I use my old copy of Windows to Ghost over it. Guess I would be spending the next day or so fine tuning it to my liking.

Job Application

I put up an advertisement to hire a staff.
The next day, the clinic phone is flooded by SMS.
They ask:
1) How much salary per hour?
2) Will you hire me?
What were they thinking? Asking this through SMS?
What makes them think that we will be obliged to respond to the flood of SMS?
