if my wefe’s mgr resign, both of us will be happy. bcos she can move up to mgr position. come-on, office politics happen in every organization, no matter where u go, soon or later, u will face the same problem …

    good luck

i am glad that i dont face so much politics in my office

well, may be i just dont care

    and i agree with hanneng
no matter the size of the organization, office politics exist

as long as it’s not office bullies..

eve, i was just about to ask the same Q.

    eric, thanks for explaining.

yenjai, hang in there. something good comes from these tough circumstances, unexpectedly.

Bernard, haha. It was not happening to me.
    It is not my choice.
I don’t crumple under politics, as you should know.
(there are many of my clients who ask me to join politic for real, but that is … for another day, another blog, haha)
As for my wife, I can see her point.
Why bother spending energy in office, when she resist more responsibility, resist promotion, and resist more ‘glamorous’ post?
All she want is just come back on time to take care of husband and children.
