Job Application

I put up an advertisement to hire a staff.

The next day, the clinic phone is flooded by SMS.

They ask:

1) How much salary per hour?
2) Will you hire me?

What were they thinking? Asking this through SMS?
What makes them think that we will be obliged to respond to the flood of SMS?

Wake up!

    Aiya.. simple…
if they don’t call and ask nicely… then don’t take them..
I think if they are serious enough, they will ask to arrange for an interview with you….
    what do you think?

    money is the biggest motivation!

well, people who ask these questions (especially those mention by tanhin) aren’t looking for permanent job, once they got better offer else where, they will wipe their arse and leave…
