I arrived at TM Point in State PJ for this issue

After some enquiries, I found out the problem.

Between my friend and me, we own five to six phone lines.

Due to some mistakes and the mess up, all six phone lines were removed!

Both shops now had to operate without any phone lines. Disastrous!

I had to reactivate my old dormant account to apply for a new phone line (and to get back to existing phone number fast, before anyone else grab it).

After looking into my dormant account, the officer informed me that the account had unpaid due which amount to RM306! Preposterous.

To get back both of my phone lines, I would have to pay RM 400 as deposit. For a mistake not done by me?

I had no time to argue with her. I just paid the RM306, then RM200 as deposit, RM10 to get the previous number, RM50 for installation.

Spend money for no good reason.
