Phone Line (1)

Well, this is following what happened here.

After numerous calls to the support center, finally I received a call from a technician : Encik, saya sudah check cable. Cable itu elok. Saya rasa talian encik sudah dipotong permanent. Encik kena pergi Kedai TM untuk selesaikan issue ini.

What? My phone line was beyond repair?

This was a real problem now. How can a shop function when both phone lines were severed?

First thing next morning, I called up the TM shop. They confirmed that the account had in fact been closed.

Without further delay, I hoped onto a cab to get to the nearest TM Point.
