Citibank — At last you did something right
I got a phone call just now, from Citibank, regarding the issue here
A guy from Citibank (Ivan if not mistaken) was verifying whether I sent a letter about my supplementary card.
I acknowledged.
He claimed that Citibank will reimburse me in the next bank statement.
He also urged me not to cancel the supplementary card, as I can continue using it FREE for the next two years.
After some consideration, I did agree not to cancel it.
Hey, someone did read my letter after all.
