Have been looking high and low for the name of Senior Managers for Standard Chartered Bank, Malaysia.
In sharp contrast to Public Bank, their names are nowhere to be found.
I proceed to their International Directory.
Ah ha. Finally found the name Country Chief Executive Officer: Shayne K Nelson
Now I can start writing my letter to complain.
