First, I presume that the photo is already inside your harddisk.
To make it to your blog, the photo has to be availble ‘online’.
Thus you will have to post it onto a server.
www.photobucket.com is a favourite.
Register yourself, and start uploading photo there.
After that, you will see something like this: a photo with a address bar below.
Copy the URL inside the address bar.
Go to the place you are writing your blog. You will see this.
Click on the ‘tree’.
A window will appear. Paste the URL you copied just now into the column. Click OK.
Your photo will appear in your blog.
